Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read on for more information regarding returns and refunds.
There is a 25% restocking fee when cancelling an order. This is due to the credit card fees we are charged when we process payments and refunds. Order cancellations are processed only by the owner or manager, and can take up to 3-5 days business days to show up in your bank account. If you'd like to avoid the restocking fee, you can order something of equal or greater value, or keep the amount as store-credit.
Deposits for a layaway are NON-REFUNDABLE. If your layaway has been open for more than 90 days, it may be cancelled with any/all payments being nonrefundable. Please be intentional with your purchase!
All sales are final on firearms. Please make sure to thoroughly inspect your items at the transferring dealer BEFORE the transfer occurs. We cannot accept returns on firearms that have been transferred. If your item is defective, DO NOT complete the transfer at your dealer. Instead, contact us and we will work to process a return authorization for you and let you know if the item is eligible for either a replacement or full refund.
Please note that firearms returned in non-defective condition are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Credit card processing fees and shipping costs are also non-refundable unless the item is found to be defective.
We do not handle firearms that have successfully been transferred to the customer. These firearms are considered used, even if unfired. Upon discovery of a defect after transfer, firearms MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy).
Refund by Credit Card
Refunds will be processed after the items in question have been received and inspected by us, and confirmed to be defective. Depending on your financial institution, refunds are generally credited back to your card between 3 to 5 business days.
Refund by ACH Transfer or other Cash Method
Refunds will be processed after the items in question have been received and inspected by us, and confirmed to be defective. We can refund via a reversal of the ACH transfer, or by mailed check – up to the preference of the customer.
